Как правильно работать с этим заданием?

Начните с прослушивания Теоретического урока: Что сделал? = Present Perfect (Have Done) vs. Past Indefinite (Did),

= Present Perfect (Have Done) vs. Past Indefinite (Did)

SCUBA? How much would you pay for an all inclusive training program? I've been teaching scuba for over 15 years and have seen different prices work in different areas... For a program that includes all the gear and all the books, and certifying at Level One - Open Wate Diver PADI - SCUBA how much would you be willing to pay? What area of the globe, country are you in? If you have already had the training, how much did you pay / how much have you paid?

A PADI open water 5 day intensive course usually ends up at about 200 to 300 euro. You can also do it over several weeks at weekends etc. to spread out the cost. I had mine a year ago for 250 euro.

In Missouri, I got 3 days of classroom, 3 days of pool for $160, then the open water checkout was $100, but they required me to have my own mask, snorkel, fins, boots. The rest of the gear was provided, but I was responsible for transporting it to the lake, etc. It was Level 1 SSI.

I paid about $300. I live in Vegas. I was certified two years ago.

$0. My father and uncle are certified SCUBA instructors. I dived for the first time at the age of eight.

Last summer in the Toronto area it was anywhere from 200-300 Canadian dollars to PADI open water. That was including use of all gear except mask/snorkel/fins.

I taught myself in 1955. I was 14. There was no such thing as PADI or any of the other rip-off programs then. A 72' tank and regulator, along with mask and fins cost about $100. That's for new gear, by the way, not used. Ah, the good ol' days!

Swimming with contact lenses? I have RPG contact lenses. I am a competitive swimmer and tomorrow is an event. Yesterday I accidentally snapped my glasses which I normally wear at swim events. My eyesite (правильное написание слова - eyesight) has been very bad since my childhood so I'm VERY reliable on my glasses/lenses. I was wondering whether it is safe to wear my contacts tomorrow while racing? I'll be wearing goggles. Or is it better if I take 'em in and out between my races? - I have four races - my only problem with this is that I am worried about infections cuz of popping them in and out. Their my only options cuz I need 2 be able 2 see. Thx.

Wearing contacts while swimming is OK, I always leave mine at meets and at practice you should be fine if you are wearing goggles. Have you tried to swim with those lenses before?

Yeah, it's okay to wear your contacts because you'll be wearing your goggles while under water. I have had that kind of experience, that was OK.

I wouldn't recommend taking them out and putting them back between races. That'd just get annoying and you have a higher chance of getting an infection. Hope this helps. I have been wearing contact lenses/glasses for 12 years. I lost the lenses a number of times but having replacement has never been a great deal.

I've been wearing contacts for 10 years now and I am legally blind, I also rely on my contacts alot. I would ask, do you wear them often as it is? If you're wearing goggles and you can deal with water in your eyes, I would say you could wear them the whole time honestly. It isn't good for your eyes necessarily but I understand the situation and one day wouldn't kill you. I have swum in my contacts every single time for at least 7 years and have never had a problem, they have never once fallen out. If you choose to take them in and out or if not actually, bring rewetting drops for your eyes. I don't understand why you would take them out in between. Good Luck with your race and I really hope this helps!

I swam with contacts before / have swum with contacts before competitively. Unless chlorine is an extreme irritant to your eyes when you swim normally, it's not that bad. If you're going to wear them, put them in and leave them in. Popping them in and out all the time would not be very helpful at all. I also fail at doing any backstroke competition, because unless I have my contacts in, my sense of position is way off, and I start drifting side to side, but that's just me. Have you ever tried to swim without them do you feel comfortable?

Should be fine with goggles on over the lenses. I have done that many times, it has always worked out / always worked out.

I (wear - регулярно в прошлом, нужно использовать инфинитивную конструкцию) used to wear RPG lenses. I never swam with them in competition when in high school / college because I never wanted to risk having my goggles fall off and losing them. Once I was out of college, I wore / used to wear them all the time in competition, because I told myself if my goggles fell off, I'd simply stop the race. So you need to ask yourself what you would do in the event that your goggles come off in the dive. Rare, but possible, right? On the other hand, the only time I lost a lens was at a swim meet - through the process of taking them out / putting them in. At the time, I (have a pair of glasses - поставьте в отрицательную форму) did not have any pair of glasses / didn't have any pair of glasses / had no pair of glasses. Crazy, I know. Now that I wear soft lenses, I don't worry. The replacement cost has never been a big deal. Good luck with your decision!

What is the best time of year to scuba/snorkel in the Caymans? I was wondering what months out of the year offer the best scuba or snorkeling conditions in the Cayman Islands. I have never been there so I really need to know. My friends were there last year but they're no scuba divers.

Anytime of yr. is great to dive or snorkel in the Caymans. I have been a certified scuba diver since college & I have booked tons of trips there all the time. If I were you & (can - повышенная модальность, afford, it) could afford it, I would try Seven Mile Beach on Grand Cayman. It's one of the most exclusive beaches & areas in the Caribbean. The scuba & snorkeling are excellent any time of yr. in the Caymans & because they're small islands there's enough of a summer breeze so for all the times I have been / was there that has really never been too hot / has really never been too hot. In the winter, the most you'd need is a thin wetsuit which you can get at any dive shop that rents gear & there inexpensive. Also, check with your resort & find out where the closer dive shop is to you & ask about charters. Last year most allowed snorkeling with scuba divers & it was always / has always been much cheaper. You can also rent snorkel gear & dive from the beach. If you have got / have gotten a little more money you can fly between Grand Cayman, Little Cayman & Cayman Brac all on Cayman Airlines.

April, May,June, Nov are your best months. The high season is over, so prices will be a bit cheaper, April-June is before hurricane season gets going and November is just a perfect time to travel. Less tourists. Good package deals. I have been there many times and have never seen many tourists since late October on.

Look, what I have found, "Even though the Cayman Islands have been one of the world's leading scuba-diving destinations since early sixties, divers often avoid the islands in August and September, when tropical storms can churn the waters. However, because the islands have so many dive sites, you can almost always find places to dive, even in August and September." Hope that helps! Check out the source I have googled for you as well for other information.
